JPEG, PNG or WebP; up to 20 MB, 12 megapixels and 8192 pixels per side. Animated files use only the first frame. Export is an 8-bit browser-rendered image, without original metadata or a preserved print color profile.

How to use this tool

Map image brightness to three chosen colors with a movable midpoint.

  1. Choose the source image. Check its dimensions and the original preview.
  2. Choose the shadow, middle and highlight colors. Move the middle stop and set the strength of the color mapping.
  3. Press Process image. Compare the result with the original, choose PNG, JPEG or WebP, then download the result. Changing a setting clears the previous result.

Colors follow brightness, not position. Strength 0 preserves the original; 100 applies the full gradient.
