JPEG, PNG or WebP; up to 20 MB, 12 megapixels and 8192 pixels per side. Animated files use only the first frame. Export is an 8-bit browser-rendered image, without original metadata or a preserved print color profile.

How to use this tool

Set black, white and midtone points with separate RGB channels.

  1. Choose the source image. Check its dimensions and the original preview.
  2. Choose a channel, adjust the input black and white points, then gamma. Output limits can lift black or soften white.
  3. Press Process image. Compare the result with the original, choose PNG, JPEG or WebP, then download the result. Changing a setting clears the previous result.

Start with small changes. Clipping a range removes tonal detail; gamma 1 leaves midtones unchanged.

This tool accepts these formats. Uncommon containers and modern web formats may be normalized or converted on the server before processing.
