Payment, renewal and refund policy

What you pay for

Payment buys digital access to the Pro limits and features listed on the Pricing page for one billing period. Free browser tools remain available under the Free plan.

Payment processing

Payments are processed by CloudPayments in its secure hosted widget. The exact amount, currency, description and account identifier are created by the Inettools server and validated again by signed notifications.

Recurring charges

For a monthly subscription, the first payment starts auto-renewal. The same amount is charged monthly until cancellation. Failed payments do not create paid access; CloudPayments may retry them under its recurring-payment rules.

Receipts and history

A fiscal receipt is sent using the email entered for payment when required. Dates, amounts and statuses of Inettools payments are available in the user account.

Cancellation

Cancel auto-renewal in the user account before the next charge. Cancellation stops future charges and normally leaves access active through the already paid period.

Refunds

Send the order number, account email, payment date, amount and reason to support. We verify the payment and respond under applicable mandatory law. An approved refund is returned through the original payment method; bank processing time may vary.
