Use one continuous LineString per file, up to 10000 points. Deviation measures sampled points against segments of the other route, in both directions. It is not road matching, timing comparison or an exact maximum over every point on the lines.
Find differences between two GPS tracks
Load two GPX, KML or GeoJSON tracks to see them on the same map. Parsing and calculations happen in your browser; map tiles are requested from the map provider.
The report includes route lengths, relative length change, endpoint distances and sampled point-to-segment deviation in both directions. Sampling is limited to about 500 points per route; the result is not an exact Hausdorff distance.
Download CSV or JSON after comparison. This tool does not align routes by time, identify road names or repair GPS positioning errors.
