Estimate a rectangular pour, purchase allowance and component quantities using the manufacturer’s ratio basis.

Weight and volume ratios are not interchangeable. Use the exact ratio and densities from your product data sheet. Do not alter the ratio to change cure time. Check ventilation, PPE, temperature, pour depth and safe batch size with the manufacturer.

Weight mode estimates total mass from mixed density. Volume mode uses separate component densities and assumes volumes add. These are quantity estimates, not product compatibility or curing advice. Equal batches are not a safe-batch-size recommendation.
